Aufgrund so vielen positiven Feedbacks habe ich mir das Buch besorgt.. Hm.. Also es ist wie ein copy/paste der Console, meiste Befehle kennt man ja oder man kann doch die genaue Syntax per Google oder "man" oder "--help" oder "/?" doch selber lesen, oder? Habe so ein Buch noch nie gesehen ehrlich gesagt. Also 2-3 exotische Tricks, wie etwa unter Windows "type hallo ¦ clip" kannte ich nicht, aber deswegen gleich ein Buch zu kaufen?.. Für mich eher Enttäuschung: kein Prosatext nur Copy/Paste vom Clipboard mit bekannten Zeug. Habe mir gedacht, dass ich hier etwas von den Security Policy Guide Best-Practice oder praktische Erstellen-Tipps vorfinde. Weit gefehlt. Wer Command-Zeile beherrscht und sich unter Win/Linux zuhause fühlt, braucht dieses Buch nicht.
Red & Blue Field Manuel ist ein must have ! hier lernt man nicht wie etwas geht, sondern die wichtigsten Befehle und Dateistrukturen! Nur etwas für jemand, der damit was anzufangen weiß !
This book contains many shortcuts, commands and handy tricks that can be used by any Administrator or Network Engineer. I wish that they had also made vol 2 :) .
