Ich bin ein großer Fan des Thief-Universums und auch des Reboots von 2014. Wem die Atmosphäre, das Design der Spielumgebung und die Ästhetik genauso gefallen hat wie mir, wird dieses Buch lieben. Es ist angenehm groß, sodass die Artworks voll zur Geltung kommen und durchgehend farbig mit hochqualitativen Abbildungen. Es gibt nicht nur Screenshots aus den Spielen oder so, wie man es oft in Artbooks zu sehen bekommt, sondern tatsächlich Material "hinter den Kulissen" zu sehen. Konzeptskizzen, Storyboards, T-Poses, Hintergründe und zahlreiche Insiderinformationen in Form von kurzen Interviews oder Kommentaren der Entwickler ermöglichen einen tiefen Einblick in den Design- und Enstehungsprozess des Spiels.Und es gibt ein ganzes Kapitel nur über Garrett, was mich extrem gefreut hat...
First: it was a birthday present for a very good friend and she loved every single site in this fantastic book. I was afraid she will ruin it with drooling over the pages ;) She is a big Thief fan.I'm a 2D digital artist/concept artist and I love good art books. This book is absolutely amazing, every page present gorgeous artwork and gives a good insight into the work. I played Thief myself; the sinister dark world is faszinating and adventurous at one time, and by god, Garrett's hands are sexy as f***. So the book is a must have for every art loving artbook collector!!!
Wie der Titel schon sagt, das Buch ist wirklich richtig klasse, ich staune immer wieder über die wunderschönen Art Works, die die Entwickler dort fertigen und das Buch ist auch in einem ziemlich guten Zustand, bis auf einige seltsame Einrisse auf mehreren Seiten nahe des Einbands. Vermutlich ein Fehler beim Druck/Binden. Sehr schade, aber da es sich bei den Rissen, die stellenweise sogar richtige Löcher offenbaren, nur um ein paar Seiten handelt, nicht so tragisch :)Empfehlenswert!
Das Artbook von thief, ist der Oberhammer.Kaum zu glauben das der Preis so tief ist. Ich hätte da auch 100 Euro bezahlt.Der ganze Band in einem sehr schönen Stil gemacht, Sehr Detailgetreue Bildgestaltung über 170 Seiten komplett in Farbe.Details bis ins kleinste, komplett alle Sachen und sehr schönes layout. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle Thief Fans.Hat sich auf jeden fall gelohnt. Sehr schön gemacht

alle Fans von Garrett dem Meisterdieb kommen mit diesem Prachtband voll auf Ihre Kosten. Einfach wunderschön anzuschauen und preislich sogar noch günstiger als in England.
Toller, eindrucksvoller Bildband, der auch Ideen der Entwickler zeigt, die (leider) nicht ins Spiel gefunden haben. Absolut lohnenswert zu einem absolut fairen Preis.
Ich habe meinem Cousin das Buch zum Geburtstag geschenkt und er hat sich darüber gefreut. Somit erfüllt es seinen Zweck.
